Our Story

Resilient Minds Private Limited, founded in 2024 is a Singapore-based organization dedicated to transforming the lives of youth. We believe in the potential of every young individual to overcome adversity and thrive when equipped with the right support, guidance and opportunities. Our core mission is to empower these youths by fostering resilience, building meaningful relationships, and nurturing their emotional, social, and academic growth.

At Resilient Minds, we understand the unique challenges faced by youths, including irregular school attendance, social-emotional struggles, strained relationships, and possibly limited support systems. Our team is committed to addressing these challenges through innovative programs, individualized mentorship, and strong partnerships with schools and community stakeholders. By working closely with educators, families and support teams, we create a holistic and sustainable approach to youth development.

We aim to inspire change and deliver practical solutions that help youths build confidence, connect with their communities, and contribute meaningfully. Through strong partnerships, we co-create tailored support that puts young people first. This ongoing collaboration helps us adapt and improve to meet the evolving needs of both youth and community.

Our Founder

"Every child is worth it; they just need someone to believe in them.
They will always be my pride and joy."

Resilient Minds was founded by a dedicated educator and youth advocate committed to empowering at-risk youth through education, mentorship, and community support. With extensive experience guiding young individuals, she has devoted her career to creating nurturing environments where students can grow, learn, and overcome challenges.

Believing deeply in the transformative power of education, she has worked closely with students through mentoring, counseling, and intervention programs that address both socio-emotional and academic needs. Over the years, she has supported students across more than 30 schools nationwide, gaining valuable insights into the evolving challenges faced by today’s youth and developing a strong commitment to bridging gaps in holistic mental readiness.

Her hands-on experience in a residential home for at-risk youths provided a deeper understanding of their struggles. With patience and unwavering support, she helped many reintegrate into school and society—some affectionately calling her “Mama,” a testament to the trust and meaningful relationships she built.

The inspiration behind Resilient Minds comes from her lifelong dedication to service and her desire to make a lasting impact. Her experiences, both local and overseas—including visits to orphanages around the world—have reinforced her belief that every child deserves love, education, and the opportunity to build a bright future. More than an organization, Resilient Minds is a calling—a mission to ensure that young people, regardless of background, receive the mentorship and support they need to thrive. It is a journey of purpose, resilience, and empowerment.

Our coordinators link families to essential community resources, improve attendance, and promote well-being. We also support parents through befriending, parenting help, and childcare support.
